Multiphysical modeling and optimal control of material properties for photopolymerization processes

چکیده
Photopolymerization-based Additive Manufacturing (AM), a technique in which product is built layerwise fashion by local curing of liquid monomer, increasingly being adopted the high-tech sector. Nevertheless, industry still faces several challenges to improve repeatability quality, as recognized authorities on AM standardization. It commonly that there need for an in-depth understanding, in-situ monitoring and real-time control process work towards end-products higher quality. This motivates investigation closed-loop build-up material properties. pioneering research contributes development control-oriented model form state-space description describes multiphysical photopolymerization connects kinetics, heat flow, strain stress evolution. focuses one spatial dimension extendable dimensions. Moreover, extension existing systems theory proposed anticipatively through quadratic tracking framework. The strategy based sequential linearization nonlinear obtained from modeling. theoretical-numerical approach demonstrates potential model-based property during vat processes such stereolithography serves proof principle.
